Bentlebury supports boards, investors and executive teams on digital risk, operational resilience and governance oversight. Through this work, two recurring gaps have become clear.
Boards had no independent evidence on how Microsoft 365 was configured. PE-backed portfolio companies had no senior IT oversight above the MSP, leaving costs unchallenged, suppliers unmanaged and governance invisible at board level.
Bentlebury created two defined services to address these gaps: Inquilion for GRC assurance and TechSteady for IT oversight. Each is independently branded and independently scalable.

Leadership
Andrew Rozzier
CEO, Bentlebury
Andrew has advised boards, investors and executive teams on digital risk, operational resilience and governance oversight since 1997, across regulated and non-regulated sectors.
His background includes PE-grade technology due diligence with Crosslake Technologies, IT due diligence and portfolio advisory work with The Org Group, and CIO and CTO roles with boards and executive teams. He is FCA-registered as an individual and serves as CTO within an FCA-authorised advisory firm.
Over several years he has developed proprietary approaches to assurance delivery and IT governance management, applied across Inquilion and TechSteady, that combine domain methodology with technology-enabled execution.
Current roles include Trustee of the Steelbacks Foundation and Non-Executive Director of Northamptonshire Recreational Cricket CIC. Previously a Business Link and Growth Hub Business Adviser supporting SME growth across the East Midlands.
Gary Bell
CCO, Bentlebury
Gary leads commercial activity across Inquilion and TechSteady. His background spans senior commercial leadership roles in managed services, technology outsourcing and professional services, including Business Development Director at Claranet, a leading international managed services provider, where he held a worldwide portfolio.
His network across MSP, private equity and professional services sectors is extensive and built over more than two decades of relationship-led business development. He understands how technology decisions are made at board level and how commercial relationships need to be structured to support long-term governance commitments.
